1. Our family’s newest member–Mcgonagall or Mickey the Cat
2. and for the silly dog who is afraid of her
3. Home-cooked meals and Valentine’s spa nights at home
4. Wednesday morning breakfasts with lovely women from the local college
5. Opportunities to dress in a gown and go out on the arm of my tuxedoed husband
6. A 60s themed parade watched from the Archbishop’s home
7. The other-wordliness of the Mystics of Time Mardi Gras Ball
8. followed by a relaxing weekend on the beach
9. Stargazing from the rooftop
10. For the way that the darkness makes the stars easier to see
